As Katelyn is getting older I'm trying to find more things to do with her and spend time with her instead of getting on the computer or something. I decided that she's getting to the age where she can do quite a few crafts and have fun with it. I would love any ideas of crafts you've done with your kids because as I've started I know it's hard to come up with things.
So the other day I wrote a post about my crafts... here are Katelyn's crafts
We got her her own craft box and labeled it. She has it in her own drawer in the office now to use and store all her projects.
We've only done a few crafts like stamping, and puppets, and drawings, but I am thinking of more fun things to do! So share your ideas if you have any :)
She has done cheerio bracelets, she likes that and they are fun to do if you haven't tried it with your kid. Next I want to do hand prints and foot prints. And then holiday crafts for Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc. It's nice because it kind of feels like a little "school time" with me and her. I miss teaching so teaching my daughter is very special and the best teaching I can do right now.

She loves that little doggy puppet in her hand and carries it all around the house and says "woof woof"

You should sew some finger puppets! Also, ask mom for ideas! She might have some.
haha, she looks so cute! i've been thinking of doing actual crafts with tyler, too. mainly the "crafts" i do with him right now consist of coloring and finger painting. I've saved some different craft ideas onto pinterest, so if i do anything fun, i'll let you know!
