Things just keep coming...

Yesterday, Nicholas and I were out doing a little yard work. We were expecting a package that we had missed from the day before and I (I also thought Nicholas) had no idea what it was that was coming. Well, the UPS guy drove by and stopped right in front of our house. He opened up the back and Nick went over to help him. They pulled out a HUGE box... and on the front it said Europa Baby... yup, our crib! :)

I don't remember what I said.. I think I just sat there looking confused and excited at the same time. Nick turned to me and said, "Did you know this was coming?" Then he just laughed... he had it planned out this whole time! I guess him and his mom had already bought it (I thought we were going to go with her to get it when she came out here) and so he knew it was coming this whole time.

I was so happy and I love it. Take a look:

It may not look like I helped out at all.. but I promise I did ;)

Nick is so great. He always does these kinds of things.. :) And I love surprises. Now on to buying the bedding....

I wanted to show a few little projects I've done...

There is this girl in my ward who makes all of these bows! I was so thrilled when she called me to see if I wanted to come make some for our little girl :) YES. I of course loved doing this, and our little girl will be wearing plenty of these around because I think they are just so cute and adorable on baby girls!

Most of them you make the flower with a little clip, then you make the headbands and you can clip on any flower you want to it, so it's nice to mix and match with different outfits. Others are bows- which you can also clip on to the headbands, or when the baby is older with more hair you can clip into the hair. Then the small little flowers are the cutest tiniest little barrettes I have ever seen and they just clip right into the hair. I saved a few from the picture because those are going to go with her outfits that I've picked out :) So pictures of the whole thing will come later.

Thank goodness for little girls that we can dress up and make things for!

Wow, 7 more days that's comin' up! I love the bows, they are adorable. I bought some online so I can figure out how they are made and make some for my little girl. Haven't started on that yet but I'm excited.
