I think I'm on a blogging kick..

Ever since a couple posts ago I've just really got back into blogging and I like it! :) Nick got home early from school today! YAY! So now I have a computer and can blog.

A few things are on my mind. I said awhile ago that I've been trying to decorate our house a bit more, especially our big wall. I still haven't got to the big wall, but I got a few other things done.

I had a square dish I've been wanting to fill and put as a centerpiece in our kitchen and I finally got it done! I like it. It has potpourri, a candle in the middle, these big and small twine balls, and a runner underneath it:

I also finished another little area that didn't have really anything... just the picture of me. It had a mantel so I really wanted to add something to it. It's simple and not a lot, but I ended up really liking it.

We also took a look one day at the model homes around our neighborhood and they were painted so nice that now both Nick and I really want to paint!! That would be a fun project.

There are a lot of little baby girls coming into the world it seems like (maybe it's just every one I know) but i've made a few more bows and headbands lately and it's been really fun. I haven't made any in a while because Katelyn already has so many and lately she'll just pull the headband right off! So it was fun to do this again :)

Well, I'm glad to say that I've been running everyday ever since I posted about it. I know.. it's only been two days, but that's a start :)
