Jacob's Blessing Day

We blessed Jacob on Sunday, March 18th. It was such a great day and Nicholas gave him a beautiful blessing. My family was able to come (Mom, Dad, AJ, and Isaac). I was so glad they drove all the way from Utah to support us and be there; even if it was only for less than 24 hrs. We both arrived in Colorado on Saturday night around 7:30 p.m. and they were gone by 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. That's ok though, because I kept telling myself I would see them in ONE month for AJ's wedding, and then again in May and August! I'm excited for our trips to come.

Jacob did good during the blessing. I heard him let out a few squaks during it, but it just made me smile because that's the way he is. He has become so loud now and when he's lying on the floor he just likes to hear his voice and yap and scream and squeal; it's very cute.

I'm SO mad we didn't get pictures of Jacob with Nick's parents. Nicks dad was gone the rest of the day right after the blessing, and his mom was helping make lunch and get my parents out the door and so we completely forgot. They were there though, and we sure appreciated them letting us go there to bless him!
