Jacob Paul Jensen

I guess I'll elaborate on Nick's post below a little.. haha that's a guys post if you can't tell. I'm glad he was super happy to share the arrival of our little boy though. He sure is one proud daddy to have a son and someone to be his little buddy. They are going to be great friends.

Jacob decided to come 9 days early from my due date, Jan. 11th 2012, and 3 days before my set induction date. I was actually pretty happy that he came early and I think he came at the perfect time.. besides having to find a baby sitter at 1 in the morning. ;) I can't believe he's already one week old today.

6lbs. 9 oz.

4:25 a.m.

He has a head full of hair and is very healthy! We are enjoying every minute of him.

Katelyn's first time meeting the baby..at first she just came in and totally passed him by, climbed up on the bed with me, and acted like "hey mom, whatcha doing?"

 Then he made a little squeal and I said "What's that noise?" She saw him and crawled to the edge of the bed and pointed and smiled at Nick and said "Dad! Baby"

 And ever since then she's been a little sweetheart and loves saying hi to her brother. She doesn't over due it and ask to hold him or pick at him she just likes to look and smile and say hi. So that has been nice for us.

First family photo. We got one of the three of us and didn't ever get a chance to ask the nurse to take one of all four of us in the hospital, so here is our very first family picture at home.

 Birth story will come later, but things went amazing and quick.
