Thanksgiving

In 2015 we had a Morris Family Reunion during Thanksgiving. It was SOO much fun and I really needed it during that time. I love seeing my whole family and all of their smiling faces, especially my sweet nieces and nephews. :)

We did A LOT of driving. We drove about 14 hrs just to get to Houston, and then back. We had some tired kids, but they were troopers, as always!

Katelyn our little ball of energy in the middle there. She always makes us laugh and smile. And our more toned down one on the right of her, Jacob, making a funny face and being himself. Then our shy little sensitive one, Brennan, hiding in the back ;)

 First time meeting baby Der!

Birthday party

Wow, I haven't been on my blog for awhile, but I love coming on here every now and then and looking back on my pictures so I wanted to update and post a few.

The kids (Katelyn & Jacob) had a birthday a few weeks ago. And Brennan's is tomorrow!!! Katelyn and Jacob are only 3 days apart so I like to do a combined birthday party for them, when we have one. They still get their own special day on their actual birthdays :)

Here are a few fun pics from their birthday. They had a carnival themed birthday.

Katelyn turned SIX!! And Jacob turned FOUR!! Happy birthday little ones!!

Pizza dough recipe

Just putting this here so I have a link to it for my recipe file... or if y'all needed a good pizza dough recipe, here ya go!;)
Dough:
2 1/2-3cups flour (white or half white half wheat my friend said she wouldn't recommend all wheat but if u want it healthier u can do half and half)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 pckt yeast

Mix water and sugar let sit for about a minute or two to dissolve sugar.  Then add yeast and mix. Let sit 5 mins till bubbly.

Add oil salt and flour. If sticky add more flour.

Knead a little and form a ball. Keep in a bowl and cover with a towel to rise for 15-20 mins. Spread/roll out dough in a cookie pan. This should cover one medium to large cookie sheet pan depending on how thin or thick you want it.

Bake at 375 for 18-20 min.

My toppings were canadian bacon (at walmart they come in a packet where you would buy pepperoni slices by the deli meat and i like the small circle pieces), chopped onions, chopped green peppers. and sliced zucchini. First put down the pizza sauce (you can buy a small can of this red pizza sauce at walmart, it is brand ragu but they have the cheaper great value kind that is good), then put a little bit of mozzarella cheese (i buy the already grated cheese in a packet), then lay down your toppings, and last add a little more cheese on top to cover it all!
