Dough:
2 1/2-3cups flour (white or half white half wheat my friend
said she wouldn't recommend all wheat but if u want it
healthier u can do half and half)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 pckt yeast
Mix water and sugar let sit for about a minute or two to
dissolve sugar. Then add yeast and mix. Let sit 5 mins till
bubbly.
Add oil salt and flour. If sticky add more flour.
Knead a little and form a ball. Keep in a bowl and cover
with a towel to rise for 15-20 mins. Spread/roll out dough in
a cookie pan. This should cover one medium to large cookie
sheet pan depending on how thin or thick you want it.
Bake at 375 for 18-20 min.
