The Jensen's Wonderful Holidays...

So, I will tell a little bit about what we did over the holidays, but first I want to tell you all something. You all should know that I LOVE to sew, and if you don't know that.. well, now you do. Believe it or not, guess what I got for Christmas from Santa!!? A new sewing machine!! I had no idea. I think I told my mom like ONCE this year and I hardly even mentioned the one I had been looking at, but somehow (you know how great mom's are) she remembered exactly where to buy it and which one it was. It was just the one I wanted! :) Here is a picture of my new sewing machine.




Next... Nicholas surprised me with an IPOD TOUCH! Seriously, it's one of the coolest things I've ever had. It's amazing what that little thing can do! Now I don't have to sit and walk around at BYU looking for a computer to use, I can just sit down and use my IPOD! :) It is so amazing...

Ok, so for the holidays we where at both my parents house and Nicholas' parents house.

We had A LOT of fun. Unfortunately we didn't get very many pictures.

MORRIS FAMILY

• We went sledding (oh my goodness that hill was so big!) which was awesome
• We went to see the Savior of the World- this is absolutely amazing for anyone who hasn't seen it
• After the program we went out to eat at PF Chang's, yummy!
  
• We also had Christmas with them... of course :) which was a lot of fun!
  
• Nick and I did the 12 days of Christmas to our parents and we all watched the video we made for them of us on each day! It was really fun I recommend you try it sometime to someone
• My mom and I made these really good butter mints and it was really easy! Everyone loved them.. it you want the recipe, just let me know ;)
  
• We probably also during that time had some sort of WII Mario Karts championship.. hahah my mom is so funny to watch
• We also delivered gifts to a family that we know. Me, Nick, AJ, and Isaac took the huge box up to the door and doorbell ditched it. It was a lot of fun :)

JENSEN FAMILY

• We also had Christmas with the Jensen family, about 5 days after the 25th, it was a lot of fun!
• We went skiing- I was SO scared this time! I don't know why, but I was a lot more frightened to go then the last time.. I think I was just a bit intimidated because all of the Jensen's are such good skiers and this was my second time going!
• We also went to the symphony! It was so amazing. We went on New Years Eve and the music was wonderful
• We had an awesome iron chef pizza night! Haha, each couple- Hayley and Alex, Me and Nick, Daniel and Julie and Syd, then the Mom and Dad- all made a pizza. Ours was a Creamy Caesar Chicken pizza, they all turned out really good!
• We DID NOT go to church. HAH, just kidding. Well... Nick and I didn't go to church because I was extremely sick in the middle of the night on Saturday! It was horrible, it was the worst it's been for awhile now. Fortunately I got over it quickly.

Well, there's a little summary of what we did!! It was such fun to be with family and have a NICE break from school. I hope you all had fun too over the break! Don't get too stressed out now with work or school! Love you all!
